Record Rocket is built to give real-estate professionals faster access to actionable property information while maintaining clear standards for data sourcing, privacy, security, and responsible use.
Where Our Data Comes From
Record Rocket monitors lawfully available sources that may include:

Registries of deeds, county recorders, assessors, courts, probate courts, tax authorities, municipalities, and other public agencies.
Property & Filing Data
Foreclosure-related filings, lis pendens, probate, tax liens and delinquency, eviction records, code violations, bankruptcy-related property information, absentee ownership, and other real-estate-related records.
Data Enrichment

Applicable records are delivered directly into the subscriber's CRM or approved system.
Record Rocket does not provide subscribers with unrestricted downloads of its master database.
